“The service from start to finish was exceptional. I was really anxious about sending my babies ashes , I shouldn’t have been - everything was very organised and professional , I particularly liked how nice the box the ashes kit arrived in - made the process feel special to me . I Love my ring, it brings great comfort to me being able to have my little one with me. however I do have one tiny gripe , with the pieces of glittery flex stuff that’s infused with the resin and the ashes - I have a couple of larger pieces in my ring , one is very big and unfortunately I don’t like that particular glittery piece , I feel it stands out too much . I just wish that those larger bits glittery flex stuff were a little bit finer , like in the website photos. Despite my feelings about the glitter flexI can’t fault the service and how prompt the ring was made and delivered back to me. Service was exceptional. Thanks.”

“I recieved my ring and necklace today and I can honestly say the service you and your team provide is fantastic . I am so happy with how my items arrived ie : packaged lovely and in good quality boxes. I believe Donna looked after my dads ashes and turned them into jewellery and I am over the moon with the outcome and the excess ashes were returned to me as promised.Could not thank you enough for your service !
