“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After my 16 month old son fell asleep unexpectedly, I needed to find a way to have him with me and knowing how brilliant this website has been previously, I wanted to see what they offered. I instantly fell in love with this ring. My anxieties lied with the sending of my sons ashes but I was reassured they were received and they were returned as the process explains. The communication between myself and customer service were fantastic. The lead time was around the 21 days as its explains. The ring is truly stunning in the red, which is the colour we associate with our boy because of Christmas. I could not of picked a better ring to wear every single day.
