“I ordered the blue tear drop necklace with my Mum's hair in. It was explained to me that because my Mum had white hair that it may not show up, but that doesn't matter to me, just knowing that it is there is what is important. The whole experience was excellent, all my emails were replied to straight away and as promised the pack was sent out the next day. I received my necklace last week. It came really beautifully packaged and had a card in which bought tears to my eyes - thank you Donna for putting it all together for me.Thank you again”

“I ordered the blue tear drop one with my grandads hair in and i am so pleased with it. Communication throughout to let me know what was going on and was dispatched 3weeks earlier than the said date! Thankyou so much hand on heart jewellery, now i have a piece of my grandad with me always! Only downside is that its a shame the end of the necklace hasnt got a bigger hoop to attach it to. But regardless i am glad i ordered!”
