My dad died on the 4th June and he recently got cremated so I wanted something to hold him in forever. When I opened the box I cried, it’s beautiful and it’s very carefully made. You all do an amazing job so Thankyou, for giving me a way to hold my Dad close forever.

I paid next day delivery for this for my sister in laws 30th birthday after my mother in law passed away in February. The seller chooses to use Royal Mail who have ‘attempted’ to deliver my parcel the next day and the day after, even though I sat in and waited for it all day. It’s been a week now and I still haven’t received my parcel which is now a week late. I chose to collect from the post office so I could guarantee it be collected which was arrange for yesterday, the tracking still says awaiting delivery I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed, I go on holiday today which means the gift will now be 3 weeks late What’s the point in paying next day delivery when you use a carrier service that will not ensure delivery next day
