“When people told us in the past of having ashes from a loved one put into jewellery it felt weird to me and apart from thinking that I didn't give it much more thought. However, when we lost our precious Charlie cat suddenly and unexpectedly we were grief stricken and we remembered about people telling us about their jewellery. We googled this and Hand on Heart was the first one to come up. We read the website thoroughly and sought great comfort from one of the support leaflets about losing a pet. The jewellery looked gorgeous and my husband and I both loved the urn locket. We ordered it with the rose gold urn and it is beautiful. I started wearing it on the day it arrived after we had transferred some of Charlie's ashes into the urn. We opted to do this ourselves as it felt part of the healing process for us and it was easy to do but it is also fantastic that the service is provided for you to send ashes to the team to insert.
