“Throughout the whole process has continual updates and answered all emails. There was a slight imperfection on the first make of the ring (which im sure doesn’t happen often) but they remade the ring with perfect condition and sent us both rings for no extra charge. The imperfection is so minor it is wearable yet their aim for perfection when dealing with such emotional jewellery is not unnoticed. Thank you Hand on Heart”
