“The team were always very quick to answer any questions and easily accommodated my location in the Channels Islands letting me know what the process would be with different postage.The ring is lovely and a great reminder of my nan. I have some blue/green staining on my skin from the ring which honestly I don't really care about but I assume it's something to do with the alloy. It's not exactly an issue since the ring is mostly always on outside of the shower and there is no reaction in anyway. Hopefully it fades but otherwise nothing could get me to stop wearing this.”

While it's rare, a small amount of residue may sometimes linger on the surface. Please rest assured that this residue is entirely safe.To help alleviate this issue, we recommend giving the ring a thorough wash and ensuring your finger is completely dry after washing your hands. Once any residual compounds have dissipated, the reaction should cease.
