“I took ages deciding on what ring I wanted so I could have my husband with me at all times. I fell in love with a band ring and when they sent me a picture of it with a blue middle I was sold. Their emails were always polite and they never said no straight away when I asked loads of questions about a necklace that I wanted done my way. They always told me they would check with the designer. A couple of times it wasn't practical to have what I wanted but again emails always kind and polite. I'm currently waiting for my necklace (due tomorrow!) and I'll bet its gorgeous”

“Very good. Their attention to quality was incredible. I received an email saying that they weren't happy with the quality of the first ring and so remade it. They then sent me both rings after the remake and I could not really tell the difference! I would have been happy with their first attempt.The piece is stunningly beautiful and I am often asked about it, to which I reply "It's my dog, Beanz, he's back and with me always. " He was companion to hundreds of people as he was one of my therapy animals, some of my clients had known him for the whole 12 years that we worked together. Everyone loves the sentiment behind the ring and I love knowing that my best friend is with me always. Thankyou HoH”
