I was advised that the final step of resin setting had resulted in a slight imperfection and that the product would be made again and both items sent together. Only small criticism is that I am finding the safety chain and catch a bit fiddly - maybe put a bigger fastener on and a slightly larger link to fasten to on the chain?”
