“Your staff were very friendly and helpful on the telephone. The earrings are attractive but have you considered offering a drop earring as well as the stud? With short hair I personally wear them more often and find them easier to put in, particularly if they don’t have butterfly clips which 80 year old fingers find rather fiddley. I hope you receive my two reviews as constructive criticism, not as complaints because both items are giving me pleasure and comfort.”
