“Very simple and straight forward to choose and organise getting the memorial ash earrings made.Purchased two pairs of earrings…. Disappointed with my pair as the silver plated casing was tarnished on both earrings where it had been held in a clamp? Also the handlers finger prints were all over them so it felt like the finish has been rushed. The colour on both sets of earrings is clearly resin but the brown/grey or the ash is also very clear. Not sure if this is supposed to be the way they or not. These earrings were made from my mums ashes and I feel like I have wasted time, ash and money on these earrings.”

“The whole process of ordering with Hand on Heart was so easy. I ordered the earrings for our daughter’s wedding day , so her Dad who died last year, would be with her as she walked down the aisle. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time for this to happen, so I gave them to her a week later. She loved them and they are so well made. Thank you.”
