When the piece didn't pass their quality control the commissioned a new necklace to ensure it was perfect - without any additional costs for myself.They kept me updated on why there was a delay and how they were dealing with the issue which I really appreciated. The less than perfect pendent was also sent back. Really respectful and helpful during this really difficult time.”

“Great experience with Hand On Heart and this slider chain is revolutionary in the world of necklaces. You can adjust while wearing it - no need to take it off and put it back on several times to get the right length with whatever neckline you are wearing. All necklaces should be like this. I'm not sure how long the feature will last - it might be something that fails over time, but at the moment I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!”

“Gorgeous pendant - I ordered the purple as it is my colour and it did not disappoint. Very vibtant with a subtle sparkle. The whole process was super easy from the ordering of the ashes collection kit as part of the main order, to the sending off of the ashes. I was kept up to date by email throughout the process and the delivery was almost exactly when they said it was going to be (to within a day of the original estimate). Very happy I chose Hand on Heart. I also upgraded to the sliding necklace, which is a game changer in the world of necklaces. I generally like a long necklace and these days standard necklaces come in way too short for me, but this one has plenty of slack and .... wait for it..... can actually be adjusted while wearing it. So you can chose the right length for your clothing's neckline without having to take it off and put it on again and repeat several times. I am not sure how long the adjustable-ness will last for, but I'm a big fan at the moment!”
