The whole process of getting the ashes to Hand on Heart was straight forward and dignified. The necklace arrived in the time frame stated and it absolutely beautiful. Grandma was taken aback by it (& also very emotional) she said she won’t be ever taking it off! The chain itself is gorgeous, it’s a lovely silver that almost sparkles and the pendant is stunning (I would have liked it a little bigger but it’s still beautiful). “The quality of the chain is exceptionally poor. I made a complaint upon recieving it and I was reimbursed the 'premium chain' fee that I paid. It's a good job as it broke the first time my mum used it. This was made as a special 70th birthday present and provided nothing but disappointment.”
