“This morning I received my precious piece of jewellery that Donna at Hand on Heart created for me. I’ve been totally blown away by the perfection and attention to detail of my bespoke memorial necklace. From start to finish the communication has been very sympathetic and attentive.Following the loss of my dad and then a week later my 12 year old cat I needed something to keep them both close to my heart. Before placing the order I contacted the very professional and friendly customer service team at Hand on Heart and asked if they could design a piece of jewellery that I could have my dads ashes, aswell as my cats fur and paw print. They contacted me within a day to confirm this was possible.
