“Bought this with my Dads ashes in so could always have a part of him close to me. Every part of what was happening was explained to me and a time scale given. The original parcel arrived promptly with instructions which were clear on what to do with some of the ashes and how to secure them and send back. Once the ashes were received I was informed and then I was when the necklace was being sent to me and was delivered before Christmas even with the postal strikes on.The necklace is more beautiful than I could ever imagine, the engraving in the back is perfect - I just love it and couldn’t be more happy with it - thank you Hand on Heart Jewellery”
