“Excellent! I ordered this very close to Christmas for my mum who lost her beloved dog Max in November. When placing my order I was saddened to hear it would be ready in January. As this was meant to be a Christmas present, I emailed on the off chance that I could possibly receive it quicker. They were so helpful, they went above and beyond and I did indeed receive it in time. We did not receive the funnel but we improvised. This item is beautiful and very well made. The personalisation makes it extra special and my mum now wears her necklace close to her heart daily.I would definitely recommend this necklace due to the high quality and the comfort it brings.”
