“I love my necklace, it's beautiful. It's means a lot to me. Unfortunately I had a still born little boy recently. I chose to have his hand and foot print on the necklace and a personal message on the back. I will always wear this so I know my little boy will always be with me! Hand and heart are very professional, the product it's self I cannot fault. I sent my own prints in, and the packaging the necklace came with was lovely. I also got a large copy of the prints I sent (which I'm thinking il put in a frame) Although it took 3 weeks to get the product initially I thought it was a long time to wait. However the prints are identical and the product was worth the wait! I will cherish this jewellery forever. Thank you”
