“I am over the moon with my purchase. Such a lovely necklace and turned out better than I expected. Found it rather tricky getting the hand and footprint from my 6 month old, and ended up selecting 2 that were as close to perfect as I could get but still with a smudge on the toes and the tip of one finger missing. I was surprised and delighted to see that Hand on Heart has corrected these minor flaws for me on the engraving and the end result is just fantastic. So pleased I did it and well worth the money. Can’t fault the service, I recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

Loved the personalisation and everything was packaged beautifullyThe only thing I wish it came with it’s own cleaning cloth, the recommendations to keep it in its box wrapped in a cloth but I don’t have one.This is something that the product would benefit from coming with, so you do keep it in the best condition, as you want to last forever.”

“It’s a beautiful item but I am disappointed with end product. I spent about 4 extra weeks getting more kits to get more and more prints to get exactly what I wanted. Customer service was fantastic during this time. When I finally got the prints i wanted I sent them off and quickly received my necklace. The handprint looks as expected which is great however footprint is just a solid lump with 5 circles for toes. I did expect to see some level of detail of the creases on her foot - at least the major lines which are very cute and make it unique. However I’ve got a solid generic footprint could be anyone, next to my lovely handprint on which you can see the lines... I don’t understand why, but I’ll get used to it. Wish I’d just sent the first print in that I made instead of stressing and putting so much effort into getting the perfect one when the detail isn’t shown. I would still recommend the service (and I have to family who then made purchases)”
