“Experience was great from start to finish, the only thing holding back from five stars is that the name on the necklace- the last letter curves round the side of the heart so it looks like it's falling off the side a bit”

“The process was very easy from start to finish, I am however slightly disappointed in the prints on my charm, they are very discoloured around the prints and have almost left a dirty film like residue around the edge. Necklace is perfect”

“I took advantage of your BOGOF offer and brought 2 of the necklaces for my daughter. The ordering process was easy, the kits arrived in good time, although uploading several prints on your website took some time, it would be helpful to be able to upload several prints together rather than one at a time. I was notified when my prints were accepted and all the way through to despatch. The necklaces arrived quickly, and were packaged well. Knowing who engraved them is a nice touch. My daughter was very happy with them, and would recommend you.”
