“The whole process was really easy, we had an issue with the first print set that was first sent, as soon as I raised the problem there response was best I have ever experienced. I had a new set the following day. I think that’s exceptional service. The quality of the product is really good. My only gripe is that I ordered my set for my wife's birthday and a few days later I was back on the web site and the same item was on sale a few days later, it could have saved me around £18.”
