“I was gifted this necklace with my three children's handprints. I work in a hospital so do not wear it everyday however the handprints have faded and are now barely visible. I emailed hand on heart and was told that I would need to purchase a new one and that its not for everyday wear. I have had it for 4 years and wear it sometimes when I'm not at work yet it has still faded. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product if you intend to wear it sometimes as you will end up with a very expensive plain heart after a few wears. It's a lot of money for something that isn't wearable and needs to stay in the box. I'm sure it's made in this way so that you have to return to them in order to replace it later on.”

As we have discussed via email, your necklace was part of our older engraved range, and due to the way this piece was created, we are unfortunately only able to offer the 12-month no-fade guarantee, which has now passed. We hope that our previous email has helped clarify this, and we do regret that we couldn’t offer a solution within the terms of the guarantee.
