“I would have given 5 stars but, it was only after contacting customer service, because we couldn't get our dogs to put their prints on the paper provided in the kit, (very stressful even attempting it) that we were told that we could provide a photo of the dogs' paws. They were then able to produce these on the beautiful necklace. I don't know if it's a lot harder for the necklace to be made from a photo but if not can you let people know they can do it this way. Thank you. I love the end product and customer service were very helpful.”
