Then I had news Sebastian did not have long left, after a panicky email to Hand on Heart, they were quick to answer my questions and even able to do the special request which captured my boys separate identity’s. Sebastian passed away, but having this beautiful pendant (with chain, which I did not realise was included) arrive a few days later made me so happy that I can keep his imprint with me.
