“The pendant itself is lovely and feels of high quality, but the chain it comes with is possibly the worst I've ever seen. It almost feels like it's plastic and the clasp on it is terrible. I've had better chains on a piece of high Street Jewellery. I've had to spend £45 elsewhere, to replace the chain.For an item of jewellery that is holding something so precious, I expected better. Won't be using you again or recommending you.”

“The purchase was easy and delivery was swift and the necklace is beautiful however, the imprint on the photo shows it as being dark and easily readable however, this isn't the case and is illegible to the naked eye. I will wear it with pride for my beloved Anfield, but it would have been nice to be able to see what the inscription reads.”
