After consulting with our design team, we have determined that the green reaction you are experiencing is likely caused by the polishing compounds we use to buff the ring. Occasionally, a small amount of residue may remain on the surface, but please rest assured that it is perfectly safe. To alleviate the issue, we recommend thoroughly washing the ring and ensuring your finger is completely dry after washing your hands. “Everything is thought out for you. I was worried about how do I send the ashes. I didn’t need to worry as instructions and what I needed to do was sent. My ring is beautiful, I had it engraved which I love. It’s quality. I also received the ashes that wasn’t used back in the original tub that I’d sent it in. I also received an authenticity certificate with my ring and a lovely box to store it in if needed. But my ring will be worn always.
