“It was an excellent service, this is the 2nd ring I have bought from Hand on Heart. The ring is beautiful, however I'm disappointed as it has turned my daughters finger green. This didn't happen with the previous ring that I bought for my son, so I'm surprised. 4 stars instead of 5”

The green discolouration can sometimes occur due to a reaction between the skin and the metal.
