“From point of order to receipt of my ring, Hand on Heart have been so good at keeping in touch, particularly as there was some sort of issue with the engraving machine during this time and therefore a delay in my order. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience and kept me informed at all points of the process. The delay didn't really matter to be honest, all that matters is that I now have the ring, and feel as though my beloved boy is now with me at all times. And it is a beautiful ring - something I will treasure always.”

“I was able to order a printed brochure as well as look at the products available online. Which really helped me to make a choice. There’s such a huge range of beautiful pieces.
