“If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a ring for my Mum as a 60th Birthday present. We lost my dad only last year and I thought this would be a lovely gift for her. This company could not have handled the situation any worse than they did. The ring arrived prompt, only for us to find out that it was far too small for my mum. We thought, absolutely no problem the company has promised that if it doesn’t fit then they can resize it. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, SO BEWARE. After sending the ring back we were told by this company that due to the design of the ring (that THEY made in the first instance) they could only resize it up by a fraction of what it had been before. So they have falsely advertised that they can change it if your size is not correct, so be careful. My mum was obviously very upset and was even further upset when the company simply suggested her buying a completely new ring from them as “there was nothing else they could do”. Luckily we have taken the ring to a proper jewellers who have actually measured the ring only to tell us that it is a size L when the company were adamant on several occasions that the ring had been made and then resized to a size M and a half. With the nature of the jewellery they make I honestly thought this company would be more sensitive and actually follow through with what they have promised. I would avoid at all costs and go somewhere who doesn’t take advantage of the vulnerable and grieving.”
