I spoke to the same person, Lucy all the way through & she went above & beyond to help me.The piece of jewellery is so sentimental to me as it’s my grandmother’s handprint & handwriting. She sadly passed away in December & I needed something that would make her always feel close.They assisted me from getting the magic printing kit to sending all the documents over to them.They created this bespoke charm for me which has handprint on one side & handwriting on the other. “I received my beautiful bracelet as a 30th Birthday present, this was my first birthday with our little girl and the bracelet is such a sentimental piece of jewellery already. The process was so simple to do (the hardest part was trying to get an 18 week old to open her hands!); the response time was so fast and I received it within the timeframe I was given for sending the Prints back to yourselves.The 1 hour delivery slot was brilliant too. I absolutely love my bracelet and would highly recommend your jewellery to anyone! I’m thinking about purchasing another using her footprint and possibly another two using our dogs paws.”
