“Unfortunately the bracelet is of very poor quality. Feels and looks very cheap. Which is such a shame as the heart is what I wanted. I’d previously purchased a bracelet with the company before and it was miles better. I’d ask to have the heart attached to the previous bracelet, and was told they wasn’t able too. I was offered a necklace instead, but I wanted a bracelet and then another bracelet was offered but also looked like a bunch of paper clips put together. So I’m now stuck with a bracelet that looks cheap, but wasn’t. It’s a shame as I won’t shop with this company again now.”

“I ordered the bracelet with the personalised charm. The bracelet came smaller than advertised. When I queried this I was told I would need to pay the postage to return the bracelet and also pay postage to get this back. I do not feel the company value customers once items are paid for. Really disappointed with this service as I chose them due to the positive reviews.”
