The design team even gave advice for what type of engraving method would look best for my particular request and I was able to see a proof of how it would look. I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience.”

“I recently lost my beautiful fur baby after 12 years. This bracelet was purchased for myself as I wanted his little paw print, along with my other dogs as a reminder. Thankfully I already had his paw prints as I previously purchased a necklace for my mother for Mother’s Day & had a keyring for Father’s Day. “I lost my beloved cocker spaniel two and half years ago. I had a paw print bracelet already, but decided to update it to a new bracelet to go better with my other Jewellery. I came across hand on heart when searching for a new jeweller to update my bracelet and they were the only company that I trusted to do this I found the process easy, non invasive and sensitive ( so not getting bombarded with tonnes of emails and questions ) which is great especially for people who have lost a loved one recently it’s stress free. I loved how the bracelet was presented, it came in a lovely presentation box really showed that the company care about the process as well as the customer Have already recommended to people who ask where my bracelet is from.”
