“I was over the moon with the bracelet I received from Hand on Heart, the handwriting was identical to my Nan’s message, it’s a bracelet that I’ll cherish forever. Customer service team was amazing too! I received a bracelet with only one charm- but because the writing was perfect and it looked so beautiful I wanted to keep it, so Hand on Heart kindly refunded me the difference between the single charm bracelet and the double, with absolutely no questions asked! “I ordered this bracelet and uploaded my writing straight away. Hand on Heart kept me updated with whether the text would work and how long it would take to deliver. It actually arrived well before the estimated date and the day before the delivery company said. The engraving is perfect, the only thing is that you cannot move the two hearts closer together as in the picture, the links won’t allow movement. Hopefully it will be the perfect thing for my sisters wedding present!”
