Over the years, they just get better and better, softer, more comfy, warm and durable. I really only need the 3mm, even in NorCal conditions, I love the split-toe, they are light and give me a better feel of my board than any other bootie on the market. In the past the sizing used to be the same as my as my shoe size, but now I recommend getting it one size smaller than your actual shoe size (I think they changed the sizing template the past year or so)?
