“Hello! I am experiencing issues with the outside zipper on the Bogner "Lizzy" I purchased from you. The zipper sticks and I am struggling with it. Please advise what you can do to assist me. I am trying to avoid damage to the zipper. I have struggled with opening and closing it since purchase. I have worn the jacket about 6 times so far, and find I am avoiding wearing it because of the struggle with the outside zipper. Thank you. Deborah”
