“This store shipped me out a used or worn pair of ultra mini ugg boots. I was very disappointed as it was my first time chasing from this store and I will never be purchasing from here again. At first I asked for them to send me another pair and they were out of stock so I asked for them in a different color that didn’t work either. I asked for a refund and the manger said she would only give me 10% off of them since they had scratches on them and marks like they’ve been used or on display. I never complain about things I’ve ordered before but they were very unprofessional and made it to where I won’t purchase from them again.”
