“My husband loves loves loves the shoes. I appreciate the communication and transparency from Hansen. So many scammers out there, I try to buy only from Amazon. I hate it when companies make you approve a purchase before telling you how much shipping will be or how long it will take to receive. But Hansen site let me know early on that I would be able to select shipping times and amount before payment page, and they did. Shipping charge was appropriate for what it was, so I didn't feel they were trying to make a buck on that as well. I received emails after purchase to let me know how my order was doing. And they kept their promise and got the shoes to me when they said they would. I will add Hansen's to my trusted site list. If I were to criticize, I would only say that initially their website promised me a 10% off coupon on my first order if I signed up for emails. So I did, and had to wait 3 day's for the coupon to reach my in-box. But I wasn't in a hurry to buy the shoes, so I waited and used my coupon. I would have felt better had that coupon arrived right away.”
