“I bought this suit to cover my upper thighs. I love that you can loosen the ties to wear the skirt longer but it doesn't look too old fashioned. The skirt lifts a little when you swim but doesn't float up around you which always happened with the swim dress that I wore previously. The fabric feels like a good quality and not too thin. I am 5'4' and wear a size 8 pants. I bought the medium and it fits my my hips and thighs perfectly. I have quite a long torso and a bit of a poochy belly and find that the suit fits fairly low on my hips and gives me a small muffin top. It's a small problem that I can put up with.”
