The waist hits below the navel as pictured, but their tankini tops offer complete coverage. I’m having my two Hapari tops shortened 2.5” since I’m so short. LOVE these swim skirts so much that I ordered in two additional colors! Size up unless you are on the small side of your typical size, as they run a bit small.”
