Communication was easy and Mark was happy to invest time to chat and ensure we were comfortable. Mark also kindly dealt with tradespeople after an unexpected issue the day before we left. Our cat was well cared for and happy on our return and our home clean. Flowers and fruit were a very unexpected bonus!
