They were super easy to deal with from the outset and even dropped by the day before we departed to collect the key and talk through everything, which immediately put us at ease.
While we were away, they kept us regularly updated with messages and photos of our dog, which we really appreciated. They also very thoughtfully offered to stay an extra night when our return flight was late, just to make sure our dog wasn’t left alone for too long, a gesture that meant a lot to us.
We arrived home to a wonderfully clean and tidy house and a very happy, well-cared-for dog. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and a pleasure from start to finish thanks to Tim and Libby.
