“They bought a cat into our home for the full 8 weeks without our permission. We discovered the cat had been in the house after finding cat hair in our sheets. When confronted about it they lied and said the cat was there for just 2 weeks and provided an excuse why they brought the cat without our permission.
I reviewed our doorbell video footage and saw their cat was in our house for the full 8 weeks. They brought it in a cat carrier which was covered in a blanket to hide their deception.
When confronted by this they did not apologise or offer any remorse.
They also changed our cats diet without our permission. The cat is on satiety cookies that were recommended by our vet - we left enough cookies to last the full 8 weeks. I didn't mind them giving our cat some soft food, but they completely changed her diet. Gave her none of the cookes and fed her soft food daily then had the audacity to lecture us that we were not feeding her properly AND requested we pay them for the cat food they bought.”

“They were perfect for our needs. Arrived early as planned. Listned to instructions as to requirements, and all carried out 100%. A happy good natured couple with a desire to pleaes. Julie had a lovely dinner baked for us upon our evening arrival home after our 12 hrs journey.
Philip, our cat was sad to see them leave. They are most welcome back again, and we have no reservations in recommending them to others requiring sitters. Grant loves to repair things, so you might consider leaving him a few little jobs you never got around to yourself.”
