“We went through the process of meeting Shannon and checking references. We felt comfortable with her. A few weeks prior to our planned departure, my partner was diagnosed with a terminal illness. We no longer needed the house sit as he was not well enough to travel. Shannon was very understanding, supportive and gracious. Whilst Shannon didn't get to complete the sit, I'm sure she would have been great and I wish her well.”
