“We asked Lizzy to help look after our cat Frida over Christmas. We were so happy that she was able to accomodate our days away. We negotiated the time of arrival and departure. Lizzy communicated that she would have family staying which we were comfortable with. She left the house tidy. We were happy that she played with Frida and sent us photos.”
