I’m approaching week three of daily coffee enemas and using an array of replenishing bulb mixes, throwing fibre mixes into my smoothies, something I never thought I would make, but since these enemas my diet has changed drastically and not by gruelling hard to follow fad diets, just my general natural cravings are totally different and to think I thought I ate well before, this journey has educated me and my body by getting to know one another again.
The hormone balance is doing something, to early in the journey to say for sure but, my flow this cycle was something else in a like, oh right you’re here and I didn’t feel you coming vibes! The journey hasn’t been all pleasant, but neither was the long list of reasons that brought me to stumble across coffee enemas, but the long of it is I’ve re-connected with my body, mind and soul.
