“I was made to feel really comfortable, both Lorraine the trainer & the trainee were really friendly & put me at ease. We talked through what I was looking for & it was really interesting to hear them talking it through as it’s a training environment - Lorraine kept checking back in that I was ok throughout & the results are so far amazing.
