“Have had about five surfs on this board and starting to love it. Seems to work better when the waves get in the shoulder high and up range. Really fast down the line and turns well the faster you go. I replaced my 6’1” puddle jumper with this board. Doesn’t perform as well in really small weak surf but the extra paddle power and glide are positives.”

“I am attracted to the egg shape of this board. For me it excels in waves waist to head high. I ride it as a quad, Kelly's 2.1 front, Accelerator med rear. With foot on tail its very loose and lively. As a shortboarder, I appreciate the volume and paddling power, wave count increased with less effort. The Thunderbolt construction keeps the board looking pristine without all of the pressure dents I get with PU. Me and my son both have 7'-2"s.”

“Wave needs to be around waist high or up. I liked it with the Harley quads (and I only weigh ~150lbs). If you stand on the tail over the fins you can just swing away. Can't go wrong so fun. Only reason not 5 stars is paddling back out the board cannot duck dive or go over the wave, kind of just eat it.”
