“I sent two emails to both your sales (on the same day as receiving) and info@healthco.com.au (two days later) regarding order #94080 from your store delivered to my home on 7th April 2025. The email includes photos and the delivery includes these two items Snack'n Whey Protein Isolate - Banana 1 Snack'n Whey Protein Isolate - Milk Choc 1 Both of which have dates (photos 2 and 3 with expiry 04/04/2025 and 05/04/2025) contrary to what was advertised on your site (05/05/2025, photo 1). Specifically, expired goods have been sent to me. In the email, I requested a refund of these two products. This is within the 30 day return period, however I have not gotten any response. Please let me know how the shipping would be covered by Health Co and the process to return these two items. I did consider requesting the product again but have reconsidered since the original item with the date of 05/05/2025 would, by now, not be able to be wholly consumed by me and my friend before that originally advertised expiry, so we are uncomfortable. No call went through today and I will try to call tomorrow again. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.”
