“I do a small shot of this every morning and am onto my third bottle. The taste is intense though I disguise it with a mouthful of smoothie or some honey. My hair and skin have shown marvellous improvement. Much thicker hair and more youthful skin which has drawn compliments too! I always advise BSO and where I purchase it. Fast postage and yes the dark glass bottle is a must!”

“We just got this so too soon to talk about any health benefits but it arrived quickly and whole and at the right address (pretty good in these crazy times!). It has a distinctive taste but it's not horrible and the bottle is set up so that it just drips onto whatever food you are putting it in. Good portion control. We have so far used it sprinkled on top of our usual salad dressing and also on our roast veg just before we serve them. Also tried it on our cereal with the flaxseed oil we always use and it was fine there too. We would definitely order it again, thank you.”
