“you put the wrong address on the express post when i brought this to your attention you told me i would have to contact australia post myself i did and they told me i would have to go into a post office with my tracking number which i did and they told me that they were only a franchise and i would have to contact Australia post direct they had me on the phone for 30 minutes and told me that they could see where the parcel was and maybe they might be able to redirect it but if they couldnt they would return it to the sender overall a total waste of my time and a care factor of zero”
