“I have been on this vitamin for 15 years and it works for me. I am 65 and still out run any 40 year old so I am told this stuff is the elixir of life.. when people ask me what am I on I just say Spirulina the Hawaiin one... I have no wrinkles at all as I know it works this way also...and my iron levels are always high and I am not a meat eater..
